These Terms govern your use of poolhusle, operated by ReinTel. By downloading, accessing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use poolhusle.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for real-money gaming in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to take part in skill-based wagering where you live. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your region.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person.
Your wallet holds your balance for play and payouts. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported methods. We may apply verification checks before processing withdrawals to prevent fraud.
Cheating, exploiting bugs, using unauthorised software, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate matches or payouts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension, forfeiture of funds, and account termination.
Match outcomes are determined by the game's synchronised, server-aware logic. In the event of a disconnection or no-show, results are resolved per the rules described in-app and on our Tournaments page.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other players or the platform.
poolhusle is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReinTel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
